Primary responsibilities include managing business development for private management, conducting qualified research on prospects, obtaining qualified meetings for private banking and M&A teams, preparing initial prospect meetings through qualitative research about personal and professional backgrounds, training interns across multiple locations, and collaborating closely with private bankers, M&A bankers, and marketing departments.
Required experience includes a Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Wealth Management, prior experience in corporate finance or financial auditing, ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), strong team working skills, methodical approach, dynamic personality, and excellent communication abilities.
