Primary responsibilities include developing the ESG division strategy, preparing ESG committees, training teams and clients on ESG themes, conducting quantitative analysis of extra-financial data, maintaining dialogue with data providers, and creating internal and external ESG communications.
The ideal candidate will have a background in business school, engineering, or university with a strong interest in sustainable finance, knowledge of ESG and SRI regulations, excellent English skills, and preferably some experience in finance and asset management. Strong analytical skills, synthesis capabilities, and interpersonal adaptability are crucial.
