This internship focuses on supporting the Legal Department in key responsibilities including drafting legal notes in French and English, conducting regulatory and corporate law analyses, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the asset management company, updating standard contract templates, and following the lifecycle of investment funds (UCIT, AIF, SICAV).
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in law or business, strong understanding of regulatory environments in banking and asset management, excellent analytical and communication skills in French and English, and demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic legal team.
