Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in commerce, university, or a grande école, with prior experience in asset management or banking. Strong English communication skills, financial sector knowledge, and understanding of internal controls in financial services are essential. Accounting and finance competencies are advantageous.
