Required skills include a business school or university degree (Master's level) with a financial or wealth management specialization, strong financial sector interest, excellent organizational and analytical capabilities, ability to work autonomously, taking initiatives, fluent English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong writing skills, and exceptional interpersonal capabilities.
