Required qualifications include a university degree or business school diploma in economics, management, banking, or finance (Bachelor's/Master's level), with basic financial experience preferred. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrate strong organizational, rigorous, and dynamic personal characteristics.
