As an intern at Lazard's ECM team, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating all phases of the IPO process, including advising on syndicate bank selection, incentive structuring, investor targeting, offering size, and pricing. You will support M&A teams in equity financing considerations and provide advice on various ECM products such as primary and secondary ABBs, Rights Issues, and equity-linked products.
Candidates must have prior investment banking experience, be from a top-tier business or engineering school, and demonstrate excellent technical skills. Required competencies include the ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and expertise in professional investment banking tools like Bloomberg, FactSet, and Dealogic.
