Tasks will involve supporting various debt-related situations including LBO, M&A, Refinancing, Distress, and Restructuring.
Required experience includes a top-tier academic background in Management, Finance or Engineering, with prior investment banking experience mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate excellent technical skills, proficiency in Office Suite and professional investment banking tools like Bloomberg, Factset, and Capital IQ. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and technical report writing capabilities are essential.
