As an intern in Lazard's Shareholder Advisory Group, you will be fully integrated into an 8-person team, working alongside members of the Global Shareholder Advisory and M&A coverage teams. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting strategic and situational aspects of investor relations, engaging in investor engagement and targeting strategies, participating in corporate preparedness work, and contributing to activism response planning and ESG advisory services.
The ideal candidate will have a top-tier academic background in Finance, demonstrating excellent technical skills with professional investment banking tools like Bloomberg, Factset, and Capital IQ. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, with proficiency in professional English being a key requirement.
