The primary responsibilities include supporting the Shareholder Advisory Group in analyzing corporate investor relations strategies, assisting in preparing engagement and targeting strategies, and contributing to activism response planning and ESG advisory work for corporate clients.
Required skills include a top-tier academic background in Finance, exceptional technical proficiency with Office tools and professional investment banking platforms like Bloomberg, Factset, and Capital IQ. Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and professional English proficiency are essential for success in this role.
