As an intern at Lazard's ECM team, you will be fully integrated into a 7-person team and the broader Financial Advisory platform. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining client communication, helping structure client transactions, coordinating IPO processes, supporting M&A teams in equity financing considerations, and providing advice on various equity-related products such as primary and secondary ABBs, Rights Issues, and equity-linked products.
Candidates must have prior investment banking experience, be from a top-tier business or engineering school, and possess excellent technical skills. Required qualifications include the ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and professional investment banking tools like Bloomberg, FactSet, and Dealogic.
