Primary responsibilities include supporting Lazard's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team by assisting in driving and coordinating IPO processes, supporting M&A teams in equity financing considerations, and providing advice on various equity products such as primary and secondary ABBs, Rights Issues, and equity-linked products.
Required experience includes prior investment banking experience, attendance at a top-tier business or engineering school, excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office and professional investment banking tools like Bloomberg and FactSet, strong organizational capabilities, ability to multitask, and proficiency in both professional English and French.
