Primary responsibilities include supporting transaction and marketing efforts, conducting company and industry analysis, building complex financial models, researching and analyzing financial data, preparing client presentations, managing work quality, and assisting in due diligence efforts.
Required experience includes a strong ACA/CA background with first-time exam passes, robust understanding of accounting principles, transaction services experience, excellent analytical skills, ability to manage priorities in high-pressure environments, and strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
