Required skills include being currently enrolled in a university or business school with a finance specialization, preferably at Master 1 or 2 level. Candidates should have a strong academic background, preferably with prior finance internship experience, excellent English proficiency, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic VBA knowledge.
