Job description
Legal & General is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for their Affordable Homes division. The role involves visiting properties, conducting home demonstrations, and ensuring high-quality customer service across the East of England and Northern Home Counties region.
Primary responsibilities include undertaking site visits of new properties, conducting home demonstrations for new customers, resolving customer issues, reviewing service performance, and managing personal work schedule while coordinating between different teams.
Ideal candidates will have a background in housing or property management, strong customer service experience, ability to proactively manage workload, and willingness to travel frequently to various sites across the region.
