Legal & General is seeking an experienced Area Surveyor to conduct property surveys and valuations across London's E and IG postcodes. The role involves performing residential property assessments, maintaining professional standards, and supporting the company's surveying services with efficiency and accuracy.
Primary responsibilities include undertaking comprehensive surveys, valuations, and energy reports for residential properties serving both private and corporate clients. The surveyor will be expected to complete 5 points per day, handle queries effectively, and maintain high professional standards to minimize financial and reputational risks.
Required experience includes being an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor with VRS valuer registration and EPC accreditation. Candidates must demonstrate excellent valuation and survey expertise, a strong understanding of lender technical procedures, and comprehensive knowledge of residential survey and valuation processes.
