Legal & General's Area Surveyor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive residential property surveys, valuations, and energy reports for both private and corporate clients. Primary responsibilities include undertaking detailed property inspections, assessing property conditions, generating accurate valuation reports, and completing approximately 5 points per day to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate must be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor with VRS valuer registration and EPC accreditation. Extensive experience in residential survey and valuation is essential, along with a strong understanding of lender technical procedures and administrative protocols. Candidates should demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to minimize financial and reputational risks through precise professional practice.
