Legal & General is seeking empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join their Bereavements team in Cardiff. The role involves supporting customers during sensitive and challenging times, providing compassionate communication and administrative support for bereavement claims and processes.
Primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions in the Bereavements team, involving regular phone communication and associated administrative tasks. Representatives will be responsible for handling customer cases, keeping them updated through various communication channels, and managing their own caseload with professionalism and care.
Required experience includes strong communication skills, empathy, administrative proficiency, and comfort using desktop/laptop systems and MS Office. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to handle sensitive customer interactions with compassion and professional understanding, with a background potentially in care, nursing, or customer support.
