Legal & General is seeking an experienced Head of Transfer Pricing to lead the provision of transfer pricing services across the Group. This newly created position will be responsible for developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, and managing transfer pricing documentation and risks.
Responsible for leading the provision of transfer pricing services, designing and developing an appropriate transfer pricing structure for Legal & General Group that meets legislative requirements and commercial needs, including developing global transfer pricing policies and governance frameworks.
Requires a qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge of OECD transfer pricing rules, extensive experience in transfer pricing compliance and advisory, and proven commercial experience in financial services. Candidate should have expertise in negotiating with tax authorities and communicating complex technical issues clearly.
