Job description
Legal & General is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support project management and governance within their Group Functions, Change & Technology Services team. The ideal candidate will have prior PMO experience and be passionate about driving project success through effective management processes and controls.
Primary responsibilities include working with the PMO Manager to set up governance forums, produce and review project artifacts, track portfolio and project costs, support project managers with documentation, lead process improvements, and coordinate user training on PMO processes and tools.
Required experience includes proven PMO background, financial/analytical skills, experience with embedded PMO, extensive Microsoft Office skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organizational and communication abilities, and capability to proactively review and improve existing processes.
