The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization, meeting business requirements by optimizing processes using workflows, validation rules, and Salesforce features, and customizing the platform using tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, strong stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrated ability to handle complex solution designs, and proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
