Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their team. The role involves maintaining and advancing the Finance data strategy, with a focus on efficient data sourcing, processing, and management to meet the evolving needs of the Finance department.
Primary responsibilities include developing strong relationships with stakeholders to efficiently source data, collaborating with Senior Finance Managers to understand data requirements, providing technical support to finance teams for accurate data extraction, and ensuring consistent and optimized data structures across various systems.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Data Science or Mathematics, with extensive experience in development projects within Finance. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data programming tools like SQL, VBA, and Python, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases are crucial. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to deliver informed responses under pressure.
