Legal & General is seeking a Senior SWIFT SME to manage and support their SWIFT and CREST applications and messaging services in London. The role involves technical expertise in SWIFT systems, with a future focus on migrating to SWIFT Alliance Cloud solution and establishing a global support model.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the SWIFT application/system and its modules, delivering business functionality, performing maintenance activities like upgrades, security patching, and configuration changes. The role requires maintaining system integrity, investigating incidents, and ensuring timely resolution in compliance with service level agreements.
Required experience includes expert-level configuration and support of SAA, SAG, HSM, SWIFTNet, WebPlatform, Swift Translator, and deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL). Candidates must have proven experience with CREST, SWIFT Fin/Finplus Messages, CBPR+, and ability to analyze and implement annual SWIFT standards changes.
