A dynamic opportunity for an experienced banking professional to lead a portfolio of mid-corporate clients at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on relationship management, business development, and strategic client support in the Birmingham region.
Primary responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of mid-corporate clients with turnovers between £25m - £100m, delivering comprehensive banking solutions including lending, deposits, and other financial services. The role involves proactively developing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and becoming a trusted advisor who adds strategic value at every interaction.
The ideal candidate will have substantial prior experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking, demonstrating strong business origination skills, extensive professional network connections, and the ability to evaluate complex financial propositions. Proven credit experience, advanced negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of legal documentation and risk management are essential.
