As an intern in the Macquarie Capital Benelux team, you will be responsible for analyzing potential investment opportunities, including valuation, business planning, market analysis, and due diligence support. Interns will actively assist in researching potential transactions, identifying targets, and potentially supporting live transaction execution.
Ideal candidates are motivated students in their final year or gap year from top business or engineering schools, with excellent Dutch and English language skills. Previous internship experience in corporate finance advisory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, transaction services, leveraged finance, or audit is highly valued.
