As a key member of the Operational Risk team, you will provide critical risk management support for the Macquarie Capital business across the EMEA region. Your primary responsibilities include advising on policy and framework implementation, conducting independent operational risk oversight, and supporting principal transactions and significant change initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the business by identifying potential process failures and ensuring effective risk management practices.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in Operational Risk Management frameworks, particularly within asset or investment management. You should have a strong working knowledge of risk management tools like RCSA and Scenario Analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape. Strong communication skills, the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, and a proactive approach to risk identification are essential for success in this role.
