A role within the Risk Training team in London focusing on developing and implementing comprehensive global risk training programs, working collaboratively with regional partners to enhance risk awareness and expertise across the organization.
Primary responsibilities include collaborating with regional counterparts and Global Head of Risk Training to develop and implement group-wide Risk Training Program, facilitating risk training across all project phases, conducting stakeholder consultations, creating training content, and analyzing data and analytics for training modules.
Required experience includes minimum 2 years in learning and development within financial services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in instructional design tools, data analysis capabilities, and tertiary qualifications or certification in instructional design/training.
