Job description
Manual is seeking an experienced Content and Community Manager to drive their social strategy for Menopause Care. The role involves creating and executing content strategies across social media and email channels, with a focus on building brand reach and engaging with women navigating menopause.
Primary responsibilities include planning and executing social media content across platforms, developing a content calendar, expanding social media presence, collaborating with medical experts like Dr. Naomi Potter, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven adjustments to content strategy. The role involves actively engaging with the community, providing empathetic responses, and fostering a supportive environment for women discussing menopause.
Required experience includes at least 4 years in content and social media roles, with a strong preference for experience marketing to audiences over 40, in women's health, or specifically in menopause marketing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, comfortable analyzing data and metrics, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Technical skills like video editing and social media post creation are considered bonus capabilities.
