Collaborate closely with design and product teams to improve user experience and develop extensible platforms that enable rapid product launches. Actively work on improving mobile app development processes and evolving the company's Design System.
Requires at least 5 years of commercial software engineering experience, with 3+ years specifically in mobile app development. Must have fluency in at least one mobile development stack (Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift, Flutter, React Native) and solid knowledge of mobile design patterns. Strong emphasis on test-driven development, testable code, and experience with unit/integration/performance testing. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts are essential.
