MUFG is seeking an experienced professional to support operational resilience governance and drive strategic initiatives. The role involves managing documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance in operational resilience frameworks across the organization.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting operational resilience governance by ensuring all documentation is updated in line with regulatory requirements, tracking deliverables, risks, and issues, and facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive agreement on requirements and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UK financial sector governance, strong understanding of UK regulatory policies, ServiceNow and JIRA platforms, and demonstrated ability to work across different organizational lines, with skills in data mapping, reporting, and stakeholder management.
