Job description
A change management role within Global Corporate & Investment Banking focusing on driving effective project management, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic transformation across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex initiatives, understanding financial service operational models, and delivering strategic change.
Primary responsibilities include full lifecycle project management for GCIB initiatives, managing implementation deliveries with full transparency of risks and dependencies, creating and delivering project work plans, facilitating strategic decision-making processes, and collaborating with key functional stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes across transformational projects.
Required experience includes 5+ years in investment banking or management consultancy, 4+ years in project management with proven delivery track record, and 2+ years in business analysis. Candidates must have strong understanding of 1st Line of Defence framework, project lifecycle, and investment banking operating models with demonstrable Front Office knowledge and experience in developing target operating strategies.
