Job description
A critical role in the Client On-Boarding team responsible for conducting Quality Control assessments across KYC processes, focusing on mitigating risks related to Money Laundering, Bribery, and Corruption. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AML/KYC environments and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders to improve and standardize client onboarding procedures.
Primary responsibilities include conducting thorough Quality Control Assessments on complex client entities across business lines, including New Business, Periodic Reviews, and Event Driven Reviews. The role involves identifying and escalating risks, ensuring comprehensive Customer Due Diligence, and working closely with operational teams to improve KYC processes.
Required experience includes at least 3 years in Anti Money Laundering, fraud prevention, or Financial Crime roles, with essential knowledge of UK & European Anti-Money Laundering regulations, various corporate structures, and experience with Investment Banking and Corporate entity onboarding. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are crucial.
