MUFG is seeking a Workday Security Governance Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert for the Security module in Workday. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Workday module throughout its lifecycle, advocate for Workday as the primary source of employee information, and actively participate in global governance structures.
This role is responsible for creating and updating security policies, domains, and roles within the Workday system. The specialist will lead validation and vetting of roles, maintain user access, assist with security-related issues, and ensure appropriate data security and segregation of duties.
The candidate must possess advanced knowledge of Workday Security, HCM, and Recruit, with experience in complex multinational environments. Essential skills include understanding HR business processes, ability to document processes, generate clear requirements, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
