Job description
Moody's is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage the end-to-end contract process for sales teams. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate contracts, support sales representatives, and ensure compliance with organizational standards in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibilities involve managing the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting Tier 1 sales contracts, analyzing account information, and supporting sales teams through pipeline review sessions. The role requires independently managing contract strategies, negotiating terms, and ensuring win-win solutions that meet both business and client needs.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years contract-related experience, preferably in procurement, finance, legal, or sales support. They must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, strong teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Salesforce CRM and Apttus is strongly desired.
