Job description
Morgan Stanley offers a unique graduate apprenticeship program in Glasgow that combines theoretical learning with practical technology experience in the financial sector. Participants will work 4 days per week and attend university 1 day per week, gaining comprehensive insights into technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, project management, and business technology.
Primary responsibilities include rotating through multiple technology disciplines at Morgan Stanley, including Technology Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT Project Management, Agile Team Enablement, Change Management, and Business Management, supporting the firm's global technology platform.
Required skills include passion for technology, understanding of technology division work, strong communication skills, keen interest in financial technology sector, and ability to work across multiple technical domains. Candidates must have minimum 4 Scottish Higher Grades at BBBB, including Mathematics and English.
