Job description
Morgan Stanley is seeking a Counterparty Risk Manager Associate in their Institutional Equities Division (IED) to play a critical role in managing and assessing counterparty credit risk. The ideal candidate will work in the London office, analyzing and monitoring credit exposures, supporting risk management strategies, and contributing to the firm's robust risk assessment processes.
The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting comprehensive counterparty risk assessments, developing and maintaining risk management frameworks, and providing detailed analytical support to manage credit exposures across various trading and investment activities.
Candidates must possess strong quantitative skills, advanced financial analysis capabilities, and a deep understanding of risk management principles. A relevant degree in finance, economics, or a related field is essential, along with demonstrated experience in credit risk management, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
