The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR and process management experience, with proven expertise in operational excellence. You should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to re-engineer existing processes, and a hands-on approach to resolving complex HR-related issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with advanced competency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
