Job description
Morgan Stanley's HR Centralized Testing Strategy (CTS) team is seeking a detail-oriented Testing Coordinator who will track, test, and deliver software testing strategies. This role involves organizing testing processes, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality results for end-user software applications.
As a Testing Coordinator, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of various functional areas and processes, define and develop test scenarios, and manage the execution of test scripts by business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing test failures, supporting business testing teams with script clarification, and troubleshooting issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience (preferably in UAT testing), and strong skills in MS Excel, data manipulation, and project coordination. Proficiency with tools like JIRA is advantageous. You must demonstrate a critical thinking mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve independently in a fast-paced environment.
