Job description
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol seeking an experienced Administrative & Office Manager to support their growing team. The role involves streamlining administrative processes, providing comprehensive support across departments, and ensuring smooth daily operations for this innovative blockchain company.
Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments like HR, Finance, and Legal. Key tasks involve processing KYB procedures, managing contracts, maintaining internal databases, handling payroll through Payfit, and managing team-related administrative obligations.
The ideal candidate must have 8+ years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask. Proficiency in tools like Payfit, Qonto, Slack, and Notion is required, along with complete fluency in English and French.
