Job description
Morpho is seeking an experienced Administrative & Office Manager to support their fast-growing DeFi lending protocol. The ideal candidate will streamline administrative processes, support various departments, and contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic startup environment with 8+ years of office management experience.
Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support across departments, maintaining internal databases, managing payroll and related obligations, processing team requests, onboarding new team members, ensuring office supplies are stocked, organizing team events, handling invoice processing, and managing office-related purchases and team expenses.
Requirements include 8+ years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in a high-performance environment, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, proficiency in tools like Payfit, Qonto, Slack, and Notion, and complete fluency in English and French. Candidates with crypto experience or eagerness to learn are preferred.
