Job description
MUFG Bank Europe is seeking a technical expert to join their IT Department's MDS team. This role involves administering accounting and reporting applications in a complex IT environment, supporting business users, and optimizing financial processes and systems.
Primary responsibilities include acting as the first-level contact for the Accounting Hub application, supporting business users, monitoring and troubleshooting reporting and accounting processes, assessing query performance, optimizing code, and creating technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application administration, specifically with accounting and financial systems. Required skills include Oracle database administration, PLSQL query writing, experience with ERP applications like Oracle or SAP, and a strong understanding of accounting principles including IFRS.
