Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive technical support for trading floor systems, responding to user requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, installing system upgrades, and acting as an interface between users and service providers across banking and securities platforms.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of trading systems including ION, Reuters, Bloomberg Desktop, LINUX-UNIX, Windows server and desktop environments, IPC Dealerboard, Citrix, and other market data trading products. Candidates must demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
