The primary responsibilities include supporting the Transaction Reporting Technology Team's regulatory reporting projects, producing business requirements for SFTR, MiFID, and EMIR regulations, and documenting comprehensive functional requirements for each deliverable. The analyst will work collaboratively across Change, Operations, Compliance, and Technology departments to implement regulatory reporting changes accurately.
Required experience includes strong regulatory reporting knowledge across multiple regimes, demonstrated experience delivering transaction reporting projects, excellent understanding of FpML and XML standards, and comprehensive product knowledge in financial instruments like Repo, Securities Lending, Equities, Bonds, and derivatives. Candidates must have robust analytical skills, project lifecycle understanding, and ability to work effectively in matrix organizational structures.
