Job description
A senior quantitative developer role at MUFG's EMEA Markets Engineering department focusing on developing and maintaining risk systems and pricing tools. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, financial engineering knowledge, and experience supporting trading and risk functions in a front office environment.
Primary responsibilities involve developing, maintaining, and supporting MUFG's risk engine code base, integrating new pricing tools and systems, investigating performance issues, and improving overall code quality across global trading and risk platforms.
Required experience includes 5+ years of front office application development in C#, strong knowledge of risk engines and financial engineering principles, and expertise in quantitative systems within financial institutions. A technical degree in computer sciences, physics, mathematics, or engineering is essential.
