Job description
A client support role at MUFG focusing on transaction banking services, requiring essential Japanese language skills. The position involves managing client enquiries, resolving issues, and providing premium service across EMEA region transaction banking channels.
The primary responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for client issues and enquiries across transaction banking products and channels. This role involves logging and tracking all client calls to resolution, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of metrics, and maintaining service level agreements. The associate will support daily customer transactions and operations by investigating and resolving enquiries and complaints promptly, and managing client expectations.
Required experience and skills include proven work experience in banking operations, in-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and services, excellent payments experience across multiple payment systems, and essential Japanese language skills. The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, be computer literate, and possess the ability to learn client service software applications. A minimum of A-level education is required, with a degree level education preferred.
