Job description
A senior technical leadership role managing a high-performing BAU support team responsible for managing IT operations across multiple Data Management Systems in EMEA, US and Asia regions. The role involves leading a 10-15 person team, resolving complex technical incidents, implementing changes, and ensuring effective 24x7 support across enterprise applications.
Primary responsibilities include leading a technical support team to provide comprehensive 24x7 support for Data Management applications, managing incident resolution, implementing software releases, prioritizing change backlogs, and ensuring adherence to IT governance standards and service level agreements.
Required experience includes extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development methodologies, strategic systems implementation, proficiency in data analysis and SQL, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and proven experience running support teams in regulated financial environments with multiple systems and technologies.
