Primary responsibilities include managing a team of Project Managers, running Program Delivery Board meetings, managing budgets, and interfacing with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Front Office, Legal, and Compliance departments. The role involves coordinating across projects and work streams to ensure synergies are identified and optimized.
Required experience includes extensive knowledge of Regulatory Trade and Transaction Reporting (CFTC, EMIR, MiFID), proven track record in Programme Development, change project delivery, and governance across three Lines of Defence. Candidates must have a strong front-to-back understanding of Investment Banking operating models and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic transformation programs.
