MUFG seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to design, develop, and implement complex IAM solutions using RSA Governance and Lifecycle. The role involves working with business and IT teams to enhance risk management and operational efficiency across global operations.
Primary responsibilities include designing and implementing IAM capabilities integrated with enterprise IGA solution RSA Governance and Lifecycle, developing processes to enhance identity risk management, performing governance reviews, and automating access request and job management lifecycle processes across MUFG globally.
Required experience includes extensive knowledge of IAM recommended practices, directory services, application access repositories, technical leadership in implementing complex IAM projects, and proven ability to coordinate strategic IAM capabilities across multiple technical and business teams. Candidates must demonstrate strong architectural and solution design skills with RSA IGL or similar industry-leading IGA solutions.
