MUFG is seeking an experienced ION Support Engineer to provide critical technical support for Global Markets Sales & Trading activities in EMEA. The role requires deep technical expertise in trading platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex technological environments within a fast-paced financial technology setting.
The primary responsibilities include providing desk-side support services for ION and related eTrading applications, acting as a point of contact for ION support issues, and collaborating with global Markets Engineering teams across different regions to resolve critical production issues.
The ideal candidate will have extensive technical competency in ION platforms, tertiary eTrading applications like Genesis, Droit, and AlgoBox, with strong expertise in financial trading technologies. Experience in derivatives, repo, securities lending, and fixed income products is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
