Primary responsibilities include leading renewals of existing securitisation facilities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing transaction ratings, and coordinating amendments and waivers for securitisation facilities across different teams and geographies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in securitisation transactions in EMEA, with strong skills in financial structuring, execution, and transaction management. A background in credit, legal, or accounting is desirable, along with excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
